30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

  • Show no signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Fitness Equipment Returns

For gym and fitness equipment, including but not limited to resistance bands, yoga accessories, fitness tools, training equipment, and workout accessories:

  • Items must be returned in resalable condition.

  • Products showing signs of use, assembly, modification, or damage caused by the customer may not qualify for a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened, used, or unsealed:

  • Water bottles and hydration products

  • Personal fitness accessories that come into direct body contact

  • Compression wear, socks, and intimate fitness apparel

  • Nutritional supplements, vitamins, and consumable products

  • Digital products, training programs, or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the product and packaging

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A full refund

  • Store credit

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a claim.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

A package may be considered lost if:

  • Tracking has not updated for an extended period, or

  • The shipping carrier confirms the package is lost.

Once verified, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping Costs

If the Return Is Due to Our Error

Examples include:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Defective product

  • Damaged item upon arrival

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

If the Return Is Due to Customer Preference

Examples include:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordered the wrong item

  • No longer needed

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Partial Refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible.

We do not guarantee specific fitness, weight loss, strength, or performance outcomes. Refund requests based solely on unmet fitness expectations will not qualify for reimbursement.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we encourage customers to contact our support team so we can resolve the issue directly.

We reserve the right to provide shipping records, tracking information, delivery confirmations, and customer communications to payment providers when responding to disputes.
