Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
After your order has been processed, it will be prepared and dispatched by our fulfillment partners.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available after shipment.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
International Shipping

Lost Packages

- The carrier officially confirms the package has been lost.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with the carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with family members, neighbors, or building management.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Reach out to our support team if the package cannot be located.
We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery; however, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Claims submitted without supporting evidence may be delayed or denied.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages due to inventory availability, warehouse locations, or product sourcing.
If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment where applicable.
Delivery Refusal
If a shipment is refused by the customer, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier penalties may be deducted from any eligible refund.
